This interdisciplinary master's prepares professionals to analyze contemporary security challenges by combining perspectives from international relations, international law, geopolitics, and strategic studies. The 45-credit Master of Arts program develops students' ability to analyze, prevent, and manage global threats and to formulate security cooperation policies and recommendations for governments, international organizations, and private actors. The program admits up to 55 students per intake, is completed full-time over an estimated two years, with some evening and distance courses available, and admits students for the Fall and Winter sessions.

Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, with a program average of at least 3.00 on a 4.33 scale. Applicants must have completed, or complete as prerequisites, coursework equivalent to International Public Law (DRT-1009), General Introduction to Law (DRT-1901), Economy and Public Policy (ECN-6961), and International Relations (POL-1005), up to a maximum of 12 preparatory credits. French proficiency requires a TCF tout public score of at least 600/699 or equivalent coursework; English proficiency requires a VEPT score of at least 68/70, a TOEIC score of at least 900/990, a TOEFL iBT score of at least 101, or equivalent. Applicants must submit a detailed curriculum vitae and a motivation letter, and may optionally submit up to three letters of recommendation.
