This multidisciplinary Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializes in urban and real estate management, training generalist managers for the real estate sector. The 45-credit program prepares graduates to manage real estate companies, handle property planning and investment decisions, and analyze urban and real estate management issues, combining this focus with core MBA training in accounting, finance, marketing and operations. The degree can be completed in an estimated two years of full-time study, or part-time, with courses offered in-class, in hybrid format (with monthly or bi-weekly meetings), and at a distance; some courses are taught in English. Admission is offered in the Fall, Winter and Summer terms. Graduates are prepared for management roles in real estate companies, property development and urban planning organizations.
