International applicants follow the same course and average requirements; those with prior post-secondary study outside Canada or the United States must submit a WES ICAP course-by-course evaluation, and this Faculty requires an overall B average in the required subjects for internationally-schooled applicants. All international applicants must also meet UNB's standard English-language requirement unless exempt: IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 85 (pre-2026) or 4.5 overall with at least 4.5 in Speaking and Writing (Jan 2026+), CAEL 60, Pearson PTE 59, Cambridge English 176, or Duolingo 115.
