The Master of Science in Management trains students in evidence-based management by developing applied research knowledge and skills within a chosen concentration. Concentrations include Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Accounting, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, Business Analytics, Marketing and Behavioural Science, and Health Systems; students select a concentration before admission, and it appears on the degree upon completion. The program is offered through three tracks: a one-year track with a research project (30 units, normally three terms or about 12 months), a co-op track with a research project (30 units, five or six terms or about 20-24 months, including a co-op work term), and a two-year track with a thesis (21 units, normally six terms or about 24 months). Instruction is in English, though students may produce coursework in French. Admission requires a four-year honours undergraduate degree; some concentrations carry additional prerequisite coursework.
