This four-year Bachelor of Science in Renewable Resource Management focuses on the sustainable management of land, water, and biotic resources. Students study environmental site assessment and soil-landscape relationships, remediation and reclamation practices, and ecological land classification, with a signature 19-day field course that trains students in recognizing land forms, wetlands, plant communities, and soil units. Admission Requirements: University of Saskatchewan's own Resource Science admissions page states the direct-entry high-school requirements for Saskatchewan applicants: Biology 30, Chemistry 30, and Foundations of Mathematics 30 or Pre-Calculus 30. Applicants may be admitted into the College of Agriculture and Bioresources with one subject deficiency, which must be cleared before the second year of study. The programme page publishes a minimum admission average of 70%, calculated on the required Grade 12 subjects, with admission offered on a rolling basis until seats are filled. For English proficiency the page defers to USask's institution-wide requirement: IELTS Academic 6.5 (minimum 6.0 per band), TOEFL iBT 86 (minimum 19 per section), Duolingo English Test 120 (minimum 100 per subscore), PTE Academic 63 (minimum 59 per skill), or CAEL 70 (minimum 60 per skill). International applicants apply through the same process, pay the $120 CAD application fee, and are assessed against their own curriculum.

Application Deadline:The University of Saskatchewan does not publish fixed general application deadlines for its direct-entry undergraduate colleges (Agriculture and Bioresources, Arts and Science, Education, Edwards School of Business, Engineering, Kinesiology, Dental Hygiene, Dental Therapy): admission requirements and deadlines for the 2027-28 cycle become available only once applications open on 25 September 2026, and the site gives no separate international closing date. Non-direct professional programs set their own dates instead: for September 2027 entry, the College of Law's JD opens 15 October 2026 with rolling review to a 1 February 2027 documents deadline and is not currently accepting international applicants; the College of Medicine's MD applications close 1 October 2026 for domestic (Canadian citizen/PR) applicants only; and the Nutrition program's single deadline is 15 March 2027 for both domestic and international applicants, with no late applications considered. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
