The Master of Arts in Planning (Collaborative Aeronautics) at the University of Waterloo is offered by the School of Planning together with the Collaborative Aeronautics Program. The program applies contemporary urban and regional planning training to challenges facing the future of aviation, aerospace, and space. Students complete either a thesis or a master's research paper, drawing on the School of Planning's research themes covering the human and built environment and the physical and natural environment. Full-time study is delivered on campus and is designed to be completed over 24 months. Admission requires a four-year Honours bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with a minimum overall average of 78%. Applicants must also meet the separate admission requirements of the Collaborative Aeronautics Program. The program admits new students in the Fall term.
