Systems Design Engineering (Nanotechnology) is a Master of Applied Science (MASc) program in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo, offering an interdisciplinary approach to engineering problems at the intersection of systems design and nanotechnology. English language proficiency, where required, is TOEFL 4.5 (writing 4.5, speaking 4, reading 4, listening 4) or IELTS 6.5 (writing 6.0, speaking 6.0).
