The Honours Specialization in Human Resource Management is offered by the Department of Management and Organizational Studies (MOS) in Western University's Faculty of Social Science, as part of the Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) program. Students apply to the module after completing five first-year courses with no failures and complete an 11.0-course specialization taken across the second, third, and fourth years of an Honours Bachelor's degree. Admission after first year requires an average of at least 73%, with no grade below 60%, across three principal courses: MOS 1021A/B, MOS 1023A/B, and a mathematics or calculus option, plus one additional 1000-1999 course, one Psychology 1000-1999 course, and one Faculty of Social Science 1000-1999 course. After second year, continuation requires an average of at least 73% on the most recent 5.0 courses, alongside minimum module and cumulative average standards. Graduates who complete the module fulfil the requirements for an Honours Bachelor's degree at Western University.
