Overview
Business and Sustainability (Graduate Diploma) is offered by the Ivey Business School at Western University as a concurrent add-on to the Master of Science in Management (MSc) program. The diploma responds to changes that are transforming the importance of embedding sustainability in business, on the premise that sustainability and social responsibility must sit at the core of an organization's strategy and value-creation model and be integrated across the organization and its supply chain, expanding the knowledge and skills future business leaders need. It is open only to students already enrolled in Ivey's MSc in Management, who complete it alongside their MSc degree rather than as a stand-alone credential. The diploma runs four terms full-time on a course-based format, taught alongside the MSc curriculum. Because enrolment is restricted to current Ivey MSc students, admission requirements mirror those of the MSc in Management program itself, with no separate application process for the diploma.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission to the Graduate Diploma in Business and Sustainability is restricted to students already enrolled in Ivey's Master of Science in Management program; applicants must meet the MSc in Management program's own admission requirements.
