MA/MS in Wirtschaftswissenschaften

The Master's programme in Economics deepens the competencies acquired in a Bachelor's programme and supports a focus on particular areas. Its teaching aims to give students both specialist expertise and general employability in a range of economic fields. Students build a profile through elective modules within a structured course of study, with the module list, course catalogue and subject-specific regulations guiding their choices. Teaching draws on the faculty's range of economics courses. Graduates gain qualifications suitable for academic and professional careers in economics. Prospective students should consult the faculty's current information for the curriculum that applies to them. Students select elective modules to develop a specialisation in economics, and the programme prepares them for demanding professional work. Information on current study rules is published on the faculty's pages.
