This programme prepares education masters able to organise innovative training methods and apply ICT-based instruction within any educational institution. Study moves across three semesters, opening with applying ICT in education, research methodology and modern educational technologies, continuing into leadership in teaching, the creation and assessment of technology-based content, and the management of modern educational technology, before concluding with a scientific-research practice and the master's thesis. A Career Management specialisation runs alongside, with electives in career counselling, distance and virtual learning, and project management in education. Students learn to apply ICT creatively in teaching and assess its impact on the learning process, create technology-based learning content, and use ICT to drive fundamental change in an institution's educational paradigms. Teaching uses academic and problem-based lectures, case studies, situation modelling, concept maps and reflective practice, with assessment on a ten-point continuous system and personal understanding evaluated through the SOLO taxonomy. Graduates can coordinate research and consultative work and develop educational technologies within institutions, with access to doctoral study.
