BA/BS in Business Management

Delivered in a blended format, the field of study runs from management and entrepreneurship, business mathematics, and IT and AI in business through intercultural management, organisational psychology, business analytics, and a business simulation in a simulated company, into sustainable business development, strategic and quality management, creative project management, and negotiation, alongside a management placement in a real company and a final bachelor's thesis. Learning outcomes include weighing an organisation's economic, political, legal, technological, and social context within a global setting to make sound managerial decisions, selecting quantitative and qualitative research methods relevant to an organisation, and making socially responsible management decisions grounded in sustainable-management principles, ethics, and data security. Students also learn to make evidence-based decisions using innovative technologies and digital tools, analyse and resolve unstructured management problems while communicating with stakeholders through digital channels, and work collaboratively in a multicultural professional environment, communicating effectively in at least one foreign language.
