— it helps other students.
This programme trains teachers able to apply educational knowledge in practice and base their work on research into pedagogical processes within a changing educational environment, preparing them to teach as subject specialists across general-education institutions, non-formal education or vocational schools and colleges. Students learn to integrate knowledge from science and art into their teaching, link social, cultural and economic developments to their professional activity, communicate in a foreign language, and demonstrate leadership, teamwork and organisational skills when transmitting conclusions to specialist and non-specialist audiences. The curriculum builds research skills such as choosing and combining qualitative and quantitative methods, interpreting and presenting results, and principles of academic writing, alongside the ability to balance artistic experience with educational knowledge, organise individual and group learning, and reflect on and plan personal professional growth. Students also develop skills in integrating computer and internet technologies into teaching, and in creating a safe, aesthetic and functional educational environment that supports children's emotional, social and intellectual development through cooperation rather than competition.
