This master's programme builds interdisciplinary knowledge of educational phenomena, systems and organisational functions for graduates who will research, manage or protect children's rights within education. Compulsory study covers the philosophical, sociological, psychological, cultural-historical, political and managerial foundations of education, alongside subjects on the theory and practice of educating children and adults. Students choose between two specialisations: Education Management, which builds the knowledge needed to create development strategies and lead educational organisations through change, and Children's Rights Protection Management, which trains specialists to recognise a child's individual needs and interests and represent their rights. Across both tracks, students learn to critically assess and apply evidence in complex educational decisions, introduce and consult on research-based practice, and design projects for continuous professional improvement. Teaching uses immersive lectures, workshops, case studies, video analysis and reflective writing, assessed through written assignments, literature reviews, project work and a defended master's thesis.
