This one-year MBA trains business leaders who can start and steer change, build and explain value, and show creativity, leadership, sound risk judgement and the flexibility to work across cultures in whichever sector they choose. Coursework moves through forming entrepreneurial teams, creative design and prototyping, spotting and weighing opportunities, modelling a business and validating it with customers, raising venture finance, commercialising an idea, and managing fast growth and remote teams, ending in a hands-on entrepreneurship project with a study visit. Learning outcomes include combining functional knowledge with entrepreneurial strategy as the business environment shifts, reading complex data to grasp the financial side of entrepreneurial choices, stretching financial, intellectual and other resources in inventive ways using applied research, and leading oneself and others toward shared goals while stating a clear vision. Graduates are described as suited to roles such as founder, business owner, R&D manager, senior consultant, accelerator or incubator manager, restructuring specialist, mentor, or product manager.
