This part-time, on-the-job Master targets experienced generalist teachers in Luxembourg who want to drive innovation in teaching and learning. Across four semesters, participants study how instruction and curricula can be renewed, with particular attention to differentiated instruction, inquiry-based learning and digital education. Courses are taught in German, French, Luxembourgish and English. As with its two sister programmes in educational sciences, the curriculum is organised into foundations, theories and applications modules, part of which are shared across all three tracks, and it ends with a practitioner research thesis grounded in the participant's own teaching practice. Applicants must already work as teachers in the fundamental school sector, hold a four-year education Bachelor, have completed the national induction traineeship and meet high proficiency levels in the national languages. Graduates are prepared to advise colleagues and schools on pedagogical change and can move into specialised teaching posts, for instance in digital competences or school development, or other leadership functions.
