BA/BS in Communication and Information Studies

The bachelor's programme studies communication from a broad language perspective, covering text, talk, gesture, images, digital media and generative AI, and treating communication as both a set of outputs and a set of processes involving people, attitudes and opinions. Students learn to recognise where communication is and is not working, to design and carry out interventions that improve it, and to measure how effective those interventions are. Training draws on linguistics, psychology, media studies, sociology and marketing, and is delivered in English.
