MA/MS in Biomedical Sciences: Medical Biology

This programme builds fundamental, in-depth knowledge of the biological and biochemical processes that underlie medical phenomena at the molecular level, offered across tracks including Medical Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Cell Biology and Advanced Microscopy, Infection and Immunity, Developmental and Therapeutic Biology, Experimental Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Cardiovascular Sciences. It is affiliated with the Academic Medical Center, the Swammerdam Institute for Life Sciences, the Netherlands Cancer Institute and the Sanquin Blood Supply Foundation, giving access to research spanning fundamental to applied work across these institutes.
