Program details
Overview
This course is for graduates who have finished the RIBA Part 1 and are starting their first formal employment in architecture or a related design or construction role. It helps you keep a structured record of that experience, so you can meet the requirements of the RIBA professional experience records and prepare for the Part 2 MArch.
Delivery is through two seminar sessions. The autumn session focuses on good practice in documenting professional experience and recording it effectively. The summer session looks at the range of experience students gain and offers a forum to discuss varied roles in practice.
The approach supports many different routes into practice, so the course suits a wide range of career starting points. Staff sign off your records and offer advice while you remain in employment.
