PGCert in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Graduate Certificate in Management gives access to graduate-level study of management practice, mainly for professionals trained in technical fields such as engineering or computer science who aim to become supervisors or managers within their own discipline. Core courses build a background in organizational behavior, managerial theory and interpersonal skills, while electives let students shape a program that fits their organization and prepares them for specific roles. The certificate offers a shorter alternative to a complete master's degree for people who want management knowledge and more confidence leading teams. Admissions reviewers look at the whole application. Reviewers weigh the form, GMAT result, undergraduate grades, transcripts, letters, work experience and essay answers. The online Application for Graduate Admission comes with a non-refundable fee.
