AA/AS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

This transfer degree supplies the shared first-two-year courses needed for a bachelor's in business administration. It supports later specialties including accounting, finance, HR, international business, management, operations, and marketing. The major lines up with the business administration bachelor's offered by the CSU system. Students learn to identify the main duties of human resources, management, and daily business operations, and to study problems or entrepreneurial openings and present clear recommendations. This is an associate degree for transfer, so finishing it positions a student to continue at a California State University campus with the lower division groundwork already done. To earn it, students need at least a 2.0 average in transferable work, a C or better in every major course, and verified general education completion.
