BA/BS in Social Work

The Bachelor of Social Work prepares students for entry-level professional roles supporting individuals, families, groups and communities. Social workers are found in school, hospital, clinic, child welfare, community and elder care settings. The degree is offered by the social work department at the St. Davids campus. Graduates may qualify for advanced standing in a Master of Social Work program, which shortens that degree to a single year and cuts the time and cost of graduate study.
