BA/BS in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management

The bachelor's degree in information technology shows students how complex computing systems operate and how to administer them effectively. Enterprise administration is one of the areas students study. Cooperative education plays a large role. Two blocks of paid, full-time employment give students close to a full year of practical industry experience. Recent graduates have joined companies such as BlueCross BlueShield, Cisco, Datto, L3Harris Technologies and Northrop Grumman, as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Students can complete the degree at the main Rochester campus or at RIT Croatia. The curriculum matches at both locations, so a semester abroad can fit into the schedule and does not slow progress toward finishing. International students who hold F-1 visas may be eligible for STEM OPT after graduation.
