BA/BS in Philosophy

Students in this major examine what we can know and what exists by taking courses in logic and ethics, metaphysics and epistemology, aesthetics, and the philosophy of religion, science, and technology, as well as social and political thought. Students build habits of analysis, careful understanding, and clear communication of ideas. Those who are interested in medicine can consider the Pre-Medical Professions option.
