Overview
The Post-Degree Diploma in Socially Responsible Management provides you with the opportunity to integrate your existing knowledge, skills, and experience with principles and practices of socially responsible management. You wish to gain knowledge and skills in the field of socially responsible management. The program prepares you to address the social, economic, and environmental challenges facing organizations and communities in today’s complex world. You have the option of participating in a co-operative education work term, providing you with the opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience and build professional networks in the field while completing your studies. You will be prepared for entry-level management careers in a range of roles in business settings, such as non-profit organizations, government agencies, Indigenous nations, and consulting firms among others.

Admission Requirements: Admission to the Socially Responsible Management Option of the Business Administration Post-Degree Diploma requires one of: a C+ in English 12, or a C in English 12 Camosun Alternative. Because it is a post-degree diploma, applicants must also already hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution. Camosun's admissions page for this option lists no separate Math prerequisite, no minimum grade point average, and no dedicated English-language test score (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo or CAEL); the English 12-equivalent grade above is the stated language condition, verified by proof of that grade or higher at application.
