The Culinary Management program prepares students for management-track roles in the hospitality and food-service industry, delivering the same curriculum as Centennial College's on-campus culinary program through an asynchronous online format. Students study menu design and food-event planning for hospitality operations, combining culinary technique with team leadership and business skills including entrepreneurship. Coursework emphasizes Ontario's local and seasonal ingredients, and the program holds Feast On certification and follows Ocean Wise sustainable seafood sourcing guidelines. Graduates complete industry certifications including Smart Serve and Safe Food Handlers, and the program is taught by experienced culinary professionals. The credential awarded is an Ontario College Diploma, completed over two years across four semesters. Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status, along with Grade 12 College or University English and English-language proficiency for international applicants.
