Office Careers Essentials Certificate

Admission Requirements: Coast Mountain College's Office Careers Essentials Certificate requires Grade 12 completion or mature-student status, English 10 or equivalent, and Math 10 or equivalent. No standardized test score is set by the program itself. English proficiency is required of every applicant regardless of citizenship. International applicants who have not completed senior secondary education, including a pass in English 12, in a designated English-speaking country must present an approved test score, with minimums tiered by program: IELTS Academic overall 6.0 (bands 5.0-6.0), TOEFL iBT overall 72-80, PTE Academic overall 52-57, CAEL overall 50-60, or Duolingo English Test overall 105-115. Applicants enrolling in more than two courses must submit a formal application through the college's standard admissions process; those taking one or two courses may contact the program coordinator directly.
