Conestoga College offers Diploma in Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician (HRAC), a diploma in Applied Professions & Services programme in Kitchener, Canada. The program's own page reports that the academic strength considered for the Fall 2026 intake was 88%, a competitive figure that can shift by term rather than a fixed floor. Language proficiency is not scored on this page; it defers to Conestoga's institution-wide requirement, which for diploma programs sets IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80, PTE Academic 53, or Duolingo 110. Admitted students must supply their own hand tools and safety equipment and must be physically able to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
