Admission Requirements: Domestic applicants need an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with courses at the College, University, University/College or Open level, including Grade 12 English (C/U), Grade 12 Math (College or University Preparation, or ACE Core Math), Grade 11 or 12 Chemistry, and Grade 11 or 12 Biology or Physics, all at the College or University Preparation level, or an equivalent route such as the Mature Student Assessment, the Canadian Adult Education Credential/GED completed before May 2024, or Academic and Career Entrance credits. International applicants need an equivalent high school diploma with Math, Biology and Chemistry credits, plus Academic IELTS 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0. Applicants without the standard prerequisites can attempt the Pre-Health Sciences pathway program, though completing it does not guarantee admission. The one-year certificate admits in the Fall at the Thunder Bay campus.
