Baking and Pastry Arts Management Diploma

Admission Requirements: Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca under Humber's general admission process. The Baking and Pastry Arts Management diploma requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including Grade 12 English (ENG4C, ENG4U or equivalent) and three further Grade 11 or Grade 12 C, M or U courses; no minimum admission grade point average is stated on the page. Mature student status or College or University transfer status is accepted as an alternative route. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet Humber's English Language Proficiency Policy; the program page does not publish its own test-score table. Canadian citizens or permanent residents educated abroad need a credential evaluation – ICAS for secondary schooling, WES for post-secondary study – and international applicants apply separately through the Humber Web Application.
