Requirements
Admission Requirements: Academic eligibility requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, including Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U or equivalent) plus three further Grade 11 or Grade 12 C, M or U courses. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet Humber's institution-wide English Language Proficiency Policy; for this credential level the policy sets IELTS Academic at an overall 6.0 with no band below 5.5, and TOEFL iBT on Humber's post-January-2026 scale at 4 overall with no skill score below 3.5. Canadian citizens or permanent residents educated internationally must have their credentials assessed course-by-course through ICAS for secondary-school transcripts and through WES for post-secondary study, with a course-by-course WES evaluation recommended wherever transfer credit will be sought. Applicants may also qualify through Humber's mature-student status or through college or university transfer status in place of the OSSD route. Meeting these minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee admission.
