Admission Requirements: Direct entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U or equivalent), Grade 12 Chemistry or Physics (SCH4C, SCH4U, SPH4C or SPH4U or equivalent), Grade 11 or Grade 12 Biology (SBI3C, SBI3U or SBI4U or equivalent), and one further Grade 12 C, M or U course; mature-student status or college/university transfer status is accepted in place of the secondary-school route. The English-language requirement here is Humber's institution-wide English Language Proficiency Policy at the Certificates, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas band: IELTS Academic overall 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with a minimum of 20 in each skill, PTE Academic 53-60, Duolingo English Test 105 or above, or CAEL 60 overall. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident who was schooled outside Canada must first have their credentials assessed before those courses can count toward admission - ICAS course-by-course for a secondary-school transcript, or WES for post-secondary study.
