Overview
Lakehead University's Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science studies the institutions, ideas, practices, and power that shape government and policy at all levels. Students examine Canadian politics through the lens of freedom, equality, and justice, alongside international politics across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia, covering international relations, political theory, law and politics, public administration, Indigenous governance, and comparative politics. A Pre-Law option emphasizes the legal process, and graduates are regularly accepted into law school.
