Overview
Lakehead University's Business Administration program is offered through the Faculty of Business Administration at the Thunder Bay and Orillia campuses, leading to an Honours Bachelor of Commerce over four years or a three-year Bachelor of Administration at Orillia, with full-time and part-time delivery. The program is accredited by AACSB International. First-year students take core courses in management, accounting, information technology, mathematics, statistics, marketing, and economics before choosing a major from options including Accounting, Business Economics, Finance, General Management, Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Business Analytics and Information Systems, International Business, or Marketing, with minors available in the third and fourth years. Domestic Fall 2027 deadlines are January 15, 2027 for current Ontario high-school (101) applicants and August 31, 2027 for other domestic applicants, with Winter 2027 domestic entry due December 1, 2026; college-transfer applicants have until March 1, 2027. International applicants must apply by March 1, 2027 for Fall 2027 entry and November 2, 2026 for Winter 2027 entry. These exclude the Two-Year Bachelor of Education, the Bachelor of Social Work and Nursing, which carry their own dates.
