This Post-Degree Diploma in Marketing Management is designed for students who already hold a bachelor's degree and want to build practical business skills for a career in business. The program runs for two years and consists of four semesters of in-class study followed by a one-semester work experience term that provides a career-related work placement. Classes are delivered full-time, in person, during the daytime on weekdays. Admission intakes are offered in January, May, and September. Students may also complete an optional, non-credit Advanced Project Management Certificate during their work experience term; this add-on is delivered part-time on Saturdays and online in a blended format. The program is offered through the Langara School of Management and includes a work-integrated learning component. As of the Fall 2025 intake, admission to this program has been suspended until further notice.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Domestic applicants: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent). International applicants: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent). English language requirement: Category 2 (equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, Duolingo English Test 110, CAEL 70, or PTE Academic 56). Applicants should have an adequate understanding of basic business mathematics (simple and compound interest, annuities, valuation of investments, loans, and mortgages); those without recent coursework may wish to review this material before starting. Admission to the program does not guarantee registration in required courses.
