Mohawk College offers Bachelor of Management-Sustainability, a bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development programme in Hamilton, Canada. The programme runs for 3 years, delivered in a hybrid format. Tuition for international students is CAD 9,780 per semester (CAD 3,253 per semester for local students).
This three-year applied bachelor's degree at Mohawk College combines business management education with sustainability leadership, preparing graduates for roles that require both commercial and environmental judgment. Coursework covers sustainability accounting, carbon management and the development of business cases for sustainability initiatives, alongside project management, environmental policy and research methods. Delivery is hybrid, with about a third of instructional hours taught online, and the curriculum incorporates Indigenous content and knowledge throughout. The first two years focus on hands-on learning that builds toward a required work-integrated learning term, while the third year centers on an industry- or community-based capstone project applying management and sustainability skills to a real problem. The program is designed as a career-ready credential rather than a preparation step for further study, aiming graduates at roles in corporate sustainability, environmental management or related business functions. It suits students who want a management-oriented route into sustainability work, rather than the more technical Bachelor of Technology – Sustainability, and who are looking for a three-year rather than four-year applied degree.
