Requirements
Admission Requirements: Open to both domestic and international applicants, this certificate requires a C+ in Foundations of Math 11 or equivalent (or a successful Math assessment) and a C+ in English 12 or equivalent (or a successful English assessment). In place of the English-12 route, applicants may instead present an Academic IELTS score of 6.0, TOEFL iBT 20, PTE 50, or CAEL 60, in each of Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking; international applicants who fall short of these scores must take ENG 104 in their first semester. The certificate requires eight core business courses, one organizational-communication course, one academic-writing course, and one further 3-credit elective transferable to a BC degree-granting institution. Graduation needs a minimum 2.00 GPA within a three-year window, with at least 50% of the program completed at North Island College. Winter and Spring intakes are offered.
