PGCert in Information Systems Business Analysis

Information Systems Business Analysis is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate delivered over two semesters at Northern College's Timmins campus. The program develops skills in application software, business data analysis and modelling, customer engagement management, business process analysis, and enterprise resource planning, alongside business communication. Learning is experiential, built around case studies and industry-based projects that mirror the analyst's role in translating business needs into technical requirements. Students work with common business-analysis tools and frameworks used to document processes, gather requirements, and support systems implementation. Graduates are prepared for business analyst and systems analyst roles bridging information technology and business operations. The program builds on a prior credential in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field and is delivered on-campus; admission is currently open to international applicants only.
