Overview
Management is a Bachelor of Business Administration degree program at Redeemer University, offered as an honours major and as a major. The curriculum builds foundational knowledge across core business disciplines alongside courses in human resource management, not-for-profit management, strategic management, and organizational behaviour. Students develop analytical, communication, and decision-making skills within a stated ethical framework tied to the university's Christian identity. The program prepares graduates for management roles across for-profit, not-for-profit, and public-sector organizations. Additional courses cover operations management, leadership, international business, and entrepreneurship, and the honours major uses Business Ethics as its required fourth-year capstone course. Students may complete two eight-month paid co-op work terms as part of the program. Admission requires at least one senior mathematics credit, in Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, or Data Management, in addition to the standard Ontario secondary-school entry requirements.
