Micro-credential in Early Childhood Education Leadership Micro-credential

The micro-credential builds the practical leadership, business and administrative skills needed to run and expand high-quality, sustainable child care programs. It is aimed at people already working as, or hoping to become, operators, directors or child care managers aiming to move forward within a changing early-learning environment. The program uses applied, project-based learning combined with flexible online delivery to build competencies spanning Indigenous-informed leadership, ethics, systems thinking, human resource management, financial planning and small-business operations.
