Learning Design Graduate Certificate

Admission Requirements: Standard admission requires a four-year (or comparable) undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution and at least three years of full-time professional experience in a leadership or management position directly related to learning design; emerging leaders with fewer than three years may still apply if they demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and meet the other standard criteria. Flexible admission requires a minimum of seven years of total work experience, including at least three years in a full-time leadership or management role connected to learning design; no minimum GPA is stated. The programme page defers to Royal Roads' institution-wide English language proficiency requirements for applicants whose first language is not English: for graduate programs, IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with a minimum 6.5 in writing and speaking and 6.0 in listening and reading, or TOEFL iBT 88 overall with a minimum 24 in writing and 20 in listening, reading and speaking.
