Instruction is practical and hands-on, delivered in culinary labs and a simulation centre, with community-based partnerships including placements with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The program concludes with a capstone project managing a food service operation in La Ronge. It runs 67 weeks over two years, delivered on campus at the Saskatoon campus, with a September intake.
