BA/BS in Business

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is offered by the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. Students admitted to Beedie complete the Business Foundation Pathways within their first year, combining core business principles with applied, project-based learning. From second year, students choose to specialize in at least one of nine concentrations: Accounting, Finance, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, and Strategic Analysis; several of these concentrations are offered at the Burnaby campus only. The degree requires a minimum of 120 units in total, including at least 45 units of upper-division coursework, and a minimum 2.30 overall SFU Business course grade point average is required for entry into 300- and 400-division business courses and for graduation. Non-Business students may also complete a Business Minor. The programme is offered at SFU's Burnaby and Surrey campuses.
