English: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Admission Requirements: The department's admissions page requires an MA or equivalent with high standing from a recognized university and states that entering students are expected to have a good background in English studies; those with gaps may be required to complete make-up courses at the undergraduate or graduate level. The program is designed for completion in nine to twelve semesters, with an outside limit of eight years, 24 semesters.
