The Master's in International Studies (maitrise en etudes internationales) is a 45-credit interdisciplinary graduate program in global governance, international politics, institutions, and transnational dynamics. Students may complete the degree through a thesis track, a coursework track, or a directed-work track, with an optional professional internship and participation in CERIUM conferences and summer schools. Full-time completion requires a minimum of three trimesters. The program is delivered on-campus at the Montreal campus, with the possibility of a study-abroad period, and intakes are offered in the fall and winter trimesters. Admission requires a bachelor's degree, or confirmation that one will be obtained, from an approved undergraduate program; the admissions process states that quantitative criteria alone do not determine eligibility and that files are also assessed qualitatively.
