Overview

This second-cycle diploma (DESS) provides advanced training in the communication practices that characterize contemporary organizations, preparing graduates to analyze communication challenges across diverse organizational contexts. The 30-credit programme runs full-time or part-time, with day and evening courses offered on the Montreal campus; full-time completion takes a minimum of two trimesters, with a maximum of four years permitted to complete the diploma. Admission requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a completed departmental admission form, two letters of appreciation (preferably from professors or employers), a dated and signed curriculum vitae, a letter of intent, and a 300-word statement addressing a debate or issue related to organizational communication. Instruction is in French. Admission to this programme is currently suspended and it is not presently available to new applicants.
