This 90-credit undergraduate program leads to a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Action, offered in French at the Montreal campus on a full-time or part-time basis. The curriculum prepares graduates to design and lead cultural action initiatives that promote access to culture and cultural democratization, structured around five competency areas: framing cultural action, understanding cultural actors and spaces, organizing interventions, facilitating public engagement, and evaluating outcomes. Students examine current issues in cultural inclusion and participation across municipal, educational, and community settings. The program concludes with a mandatory 500-hour internship that gives students professional experience in a cultural organization. Graduates work as cultural agents, project coordinators, and program officers in municipalities, cultural centres, educational institutions, cultural industries, government agencies, and community organizations. Admission is offered for the fall term only.
