Administration des affaires - MBA pour cadres

The Executive MBA (MBA pour cadres) at Université du Québec à Montréal aims to raise the level of training of managers, making them more versatile in their duties and better equipped to take on senior responsibilities within organizations. The programme comprises 45 credits and is designed for working managers, delivered part-time over six terms (24 months) in a weekend format, from Friday to Sunday approximately once a month (except July). Admission is offered in the fall and winter terms. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative average of 3.2 on a 4.3 scale together with four years of relevant management experience; candidates with an average between 2.7 and 3.2 require five to six years of experience, subject to committee review, while master's or doctoral degree holders require one to two years of experience respectively. Applicants must be employed in a management role at the time of application, demonstrate basic mathematics knowledge, and show competency in spoken and written French and in reading English. All candidates complete a mandatory interview and written assessment in French.
