This second-cycle graduate certificate (15 credits) prepares intermediate managers with experience in business technology management to lead organizational decisions affecting the governance, performance, and sustainability of digital operations. The curriculum covers information governance, technology acquisition, regulatory compliance, risk management, ethics, security, and business continuity through five required courses addressing emerging digital technologies, technology governance, cybersecurity and digital identity, digital law, and technology risk management. The programme is delivered entirely online, with no in-person component, and is offered part-time through the Gatineau and Saint-Jerome campuses, with intake in the Fall, Winter, and Summer terms. Admission is open to holders of a specialized bachelor's degree or equivalent with a cumulative average of at least 3.2 on a 4.3 scale. Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered by the programme committee if they hold relevant professional accreditation and appropriate training, together with at least seven years of experience in business technology management or at least ten years of management experience. Applicants must demonstrate French proficiency and sufficient comprehension of English.
