Admission Requirements: Quebec applicants need any DEC; applicants from elsewhere in Canada need a secondary diploma plus one year of university study, and international applicants need a 13-year pre-university diploma, a 12-year diploma plus one year of higher education, or a French or Belgian secondary credential. The program is contingented at 330 places (240 admitted in the fall, 90 in the winter) and is competitive: as of August 15, 2026 the college-applicant cote de rendement of the last candidate admitted stood at 30.701, a threshold that moves each cycle. Non-francophone applicants must pass the Test de connaissance du français with a score of at least 400 out of 699 on the compulsory tests and at least 14 out of 20 on the written-expression component, submitted by March 1 for fall admission or November 1 for winter admission. Some applicant categories, including certain adult candidates, must also submit a CV and a letter of motivation.
